چکیده | ||
The term "intercultural" refers to the relationships among individuals distinguished by the coexistence of multiple cultures and their interactions, while respecting each other's identities. The primary issue addressed in this research is how to implement intercultural didactics in FFL (French as a Foreign Language) classes at Iranian universities. We investigate the following question: Can intercultural didactics enhance Iranian students' motivation for literature? To explore this, we developed a validated questionnaire, which demonstrated strong internal consistency and significant convergence across the evaluated dimensions, as previously shown by Moharramzadeh and colleagues (2024). We hypothesize that intercultural didactics can increase student motivation towards literary content. This research's novelty lies in its intercultural approach and the simultaneous use of Persian and French literary texts. We hope this perspective will lead us to our objective of fostering the joint integration of national and target literature in French language courses. Table 7-4 presents the results of the independent T-test, indicating that the experimental group achieved a significantly higher mean compared to the control group after receiving the training (p < 0.05, t (198) = 9.78). | ||
