چکیده | ||
گونههای مختلف جنسAlcea L. پراکنش وسیعی در مناطق مختلف ایران دارند. در این پژوهش صفتهای ماکرومورفولوژی مثل ویژگیهای برگ، گل و ارتفاع گیاه و صفتهای میکرومورفولوژی برگ از قبیل روزنه و کرک در اکوتیپهای سه گونۀ ختمی A. aucheri (Boiss) Alef.، A. arbelensis Boiss. and HAUSSKN. و Alcea koelzii Ridl. در شرایط رویشگاهی متفاوت، با هم مقایسه شد. این صفتها بین اکوتیپهای مختلف هر گونه و بین گونهها متفاوت بود. تمامی صفتها ازجمله محیط، مساحت، طول سلول محافظ روزنه، عرض بزرگ روزنۀ روی برگ، تراکم کرک در سطح پشتی برگ و ارتفاع ساقه در گونۀ A. koelzii به شکل چشمگیری نسبت به دو گونۀ دیگر بیشتر بود. براساس مشاهدات، روزنهها از نوع آنیزوسیتیک و در سطح زیر برگ تراکم روزنه بیشتر از روی آن بود. بین تراکم روزنهای و اندازۀ روزنه ارتباط معکوسی مشاهده شد؛ همچنین همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین ویژگیهای ساختار روزنهای با محیط و مساحت روزنه وجود داشت. بررسیها نشان داد کرکها اغلب از نوع ستارهای و فرچهای و تراکم کرک در سطح زیر برگ بیشتر از سطح روی برگ بود. تغییر در صفتهای ماکرومورفولوژی و میکرومورفولوژی بین اکوتیپهای هر گونه، سازگاری زیاد به شرایط رویشگاهی متفاوت را نشان میدهد و این ویژگی اهمیت بهسزایی در برنامههای ترویجی، اصلاحی و حفاظت ژنتیکی دارد؛ علاوهبر این از ویژگی سازگاری گیاه ختمی برای توسعۀ کشت در رویشگاههای متفاوت بهمنظور تولید داروهای گیاهی بهره برده میشود. | ||
