چکیده | ||
Objective: This study was carried out to prepare presentating sustainable development model for Iranian Sports Entrepreneurship from strategic thinking perspective. Methodology: Participants in the present study are experts and professionals of sport management, entrepreneurship, and economy. Fifteen subjects were selected. Sampling was theoretical, data was completed, and each data set was analyzed using previous data. Sampling was continued. Research instrument was complete and explorative interviews were untaken. Validity of findings was determined by compatibility of members, colleagues, and pilot interviews. Open coding, axial and selection were used to analyze the data. Results: After interview, open, axial and selection coding process, in the form of six dimensional paradigm model including: cause and effect such as institutionalizing a sustainable development culture, central subjects such as create strategic thinking in managers, strategies such as the creation of legal infrastructure, background features such as attracting financial resources, interfere situation such as personality features of people, and consequences such as increase employment were identified. Conclusion: To achieve sustainable development of entrepreneurship in sports, strategies such as implementing the third clause of Article 3 of the Constitution is a free exercise for everyone which leads to an increase in the sense of exercise, resulting in demand for goods and services for sports and job creation. On the other hand, in order for the entrepreneurs to deliver the community, their education and skills need to be increased to accomplish this and there should be a revision of the curriculum. | ||
