چکیده

In the present study, the flora of the Tange-Khoshk Forest Reserve in Semirom, Isfahan, comprising two zones, the core zone (under protection) and the buffer zone, was investigated to introduce the floristic composition, life forms, and geographical distribution, as well as to understand the effects of exclosure on the vegetation structure. In this region, a total of 194 species belonging to 45 plant genera were identified. The families Asteraceae, Fabaceae, and Poaceae were the most abundant in terms of species count. Regarding life forms, hemicryptophytes were dominant in both the core and buffer zones. The study of the geographical distribution of species revealed that, in both zones, most species belonged to the Irano-Turanian vegetation area. This research demonstrated that the exclosure of the Tange-Khoshk forest reserve has led to an increase in vegetation diversity, particularly marked by the presence of various tree species in the core zone.
Introduction
In Iran, the primary method of forest protection involves the establishment of reserves. Each forest reserve includes a central part that is fully protected. Surrounding this core zone is a buffer zone where activities such as animal grazing, human interference, and recreational activities are permitted, which in turn contributes to the protection and sustainability of the core zone. The Tange-Khoshk forest reserve, encompassing an area of 6000 hectares, is situated 40 km from Semirom city in the southern part of Isfahan province. This reserve was established in 1372 AH (1993) with the primary aim of preserving the tree species Pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica. In this research, the focus is not only on evaluating the flora, life forms, and chorology of the vegetation but also on investigating the effect of the reserve's establishment on the structure of vegetation in both the core and buffer zones over a span of 28 years.

Materials and Methods
In the study area, plants were collected and identified using reliable sources, following the APG IV system (2016). The identified specimens were then deposited in the herbarium of the Isfahan Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education Center. To classify their life forms, Raunkiaer's (1934) classification system was utilized. Additionally, the Red Data Book of Iran and several authoritative articles were consulted to evaluate endangered species. Furthermore, the chorotype of each species was determined based on their distribution areas in Iran and other countries. This process involved referencing the geographical divisions of Iranian vegetation compiled by Takhtadzhian (1986), Zohary (1973), and Assadi (1986-2018).

Results and Discussion
Based on the results, the number of species in the core and buffer zones was 182 and 57, respectively, indicating higher species diversity in the core area. When investigating the effect of exclosure on vegetation diversity, assuming that variables affecting plants, such as climate, soil, and slope, remain constant, the differences in species diversity between the core and buffer zones can be attributed to grazing in the buffer area. Among the identified plant species, there were 11 species of trees and shrubs, primarily growing in the core area, which is likely due to the influence of the area's enclosure. In conclusion, it appears that enclosures can have positive effects on soil condition improvement, and consequently, on the establishment and reproduction of vegetation in the unprotected areas of Zagros.
In this research, there was a significant difference observed between the presence and absence of tree species inside and outside the reserve. Tree species such as Pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica, Celtis australis subsp. caucasica, Lonicera nummulariifolia, Platanus orientalis, Atraphaxis spinosa, Rhamnus pallasii, Prunus macrocarpa, and Acer monspessulanum were found to grow only in the core zone. However, species like Prunus lycioides, with their long, sharp thorns and rough, dense shapes that protect them from grazing, have been easily established in both regions.
Also, the diversity of the Poaceae family was greater in the exclosure region than outside, which can be attributed to the complete vegetative growth of these species due to the creation of desirable conditions, such as the prevention of livestock grazing in the core zone. This factor, combined with the abundance of seeds in this family, can be one of the reasons for the high distribution and diversity of these species throughout the reserve.
The abundance of the genus Astragalus, which is specific to the mountainous regions of the Irano-Turanian vegetation area, indicates the cold and semi-arid mountain conditions in the region. The herbaceous species of this genus were more prevalent in the core area, which, due to the palatability of these plants, are most likely grazed by livestock in the buffer zone. Additionally, the comparison of endangered plant species (EN) and plants at lower risk (LR) showed that the number of these species is 13 in the buffer area and 32 in the core zone. It appears that the limited distribution and presence of these species in the buffer zone are due to grazing in this area.
This research demonstrated that the buffer zone has been degraded due to factors such as excessive livestock grazing, the presence of agricultural lands on the edge of the reserve, fire, and the harvesting and cutting of trees. These factors have led to the invasion of certain species such as Scariola orientalis, Euphorbia heteradena, and Eremurus spectabilis in some parts of the region. Therefore, significant threats, including road construction and agricultural activities, can lead to the loss of reserves, which serve as the last natural habitats for some endangered species. The study of species endemism revealed that in this region, there are 16 species endemic to Iran, belonging to 9 genera and five families, of which 12 species are relatively vulnerable. Consequently, it can be stated that 25.8% of the total species in Semirom’s Tange-Khoshk forest reserve are endemic, underscoring the necessity for their preservation and further study.

مقدمه

فلور غنی و متنوع ایران از جذاب‌ترین پوشش‌‌های گیاهی در میان کشور‌‌های جنوب غرب آسیا است و این مسئله به‌‌دلیل وسعت زیاد و تنوع و توپوگرافی خاص آن است (Ghahermaninejad & Nafisi, 2011). با تعیین فلور منطقه به شناسایی و معرفی رستنی‌‌های یک منطقه، تهیۀ بستری برای پژوهش‌‌های زیستی، دسترسی آسان به گونه‌‌های گیاهی خاص در مکان و زمان مشخص، شناسایی توانمندی و قابلیت‌‌های رویشـی منطقه، امکان افزایش تعـداد گونـه‌‌هـای منطقـه ازنظر تراکم، شناسایی گونه‌‌های مقـاوم و درحـال انقـراض و کمک به حفظ گونه‌‌های گیاهی و همچنین شناسایی گیاهان دارویی و استفاده اصولی از آنها (Edmondson et al., 1978; Stace, 1991; Ferrari et al., 1993) دست یافته می‌‌شود.

منطقۀ زاگرس از اکوسیستم‌‌های ارزشمند ایران محسوب می‌‌شود و ازلحاظ غنای فلوریستیک از مناطق مهم ایران است؛ بنابراین جنگل‌‌ها و پوشش گیاهی آن ازنظر اکولوژیکی و حفظ ذخایر ژنتیکی اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارد (Makhdoum, 1997; Jazirehi and Ebrahimi Rostaghi, 2003). در کشور ایران شیوۀ حمایت از جنگل‌‌ها به‌‌طور عمده به‌‌صورت ذخیره‌‌گاهی است (Negahdarsaber et al., 2017).

ذخیره‌‌گاه به مناطقی گفته می‌‌شود که علاوه‌‌بر اهداف اولیۀ مدیریتی، حمایت همه‌‌‌جانبه‌‌ای از اکوسیستم‌‌ها و جمعیت‌‌های موجود در آن دربرابر مداخلات مستقیم انسانی صورت می‌‌‌گیرد (Noss & Cooperrider, 1994). هر ذخیره‌‌گاه دارای یک بخش مرکزی (Core zone) است که به‌‌طور کامل حفاظت می‌‌شود و توسعۀ طبیعی آن بدون دخالت انسان انجام می‌‌گیرد. در اطراف بخش مرکزی، بخش ضربه‌‌گیر (Buffer zone) قرار دارد که مانند حصار محافظ عمل می‌‌کند و به‌‌طور معمول ازنظر چشم‌‌انداز و پوشش گیاهی شبیه به بخش مرکزی است. در این بخش فعالیت‌‌هایی همچون چرای دام، دخالت‌‌های انسانی، فعالیت‌‌های تفرجی و غیره مجاز است که منجر به حفاظت و موجودیت بخش مرکزی می‌‌شود (Martino, 2001). به دست آوردن اطلاعات دقیق دربارۀ پوشش گیاهی ذخیره‌‌گاههای طبیعی، مقدمۀ پژوهش‌‌های اکولوژیک و در ارزیابی مدیریت و توسعۀ پایداری و تنوع زیستی بسیار مهم و مفید است؛ از این رو به مطالعات فلوریستیک در مناطق حفاظت‌‌شده و رویشگاههای دارای گونه‌‌های خاص در دهه‌‌های اخیر بسیار توجه شده است تا با شناخت بهتر این مناطق، مدیریت کارآمدتری اعمال شود (Abedi & Abdi, 2021). ازجمله مطالعات فلوریستیک انجام‌‌شده در ناحیۀ زاگرس به بررسی منطقۀ حفاظت‌شدۀ موته (Asri, 2008)، ونک سمیرم (Parishani, 2005)، چادگان (Yousofi et al., 2011)، بادرود (Abdi and Afsharzadeh, 2012) و کوه شیت در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری (Dehghani et al., 2016) اشاره می‌‌شود؛ همچنین مطالعات فلوریستیکی مشابهی در ذخیره‌‌گاههای جنگلی چهارطاق (Jafari, 2017) و منطقۀ حفاظت‌‌شدۀ اشترانکوه لرستان (Abasi et al., 2015) انجام شده است.

منطقۀ جنگلی تنگ‌‌خشک واقع در جنوب شهرستان سمیرم از سال 1372 با نام ذخیره‌‌گاه جنگلی تنگ‌‌خشک محصور شده است و درحال حاضر توسط ادارۀ کل منابع طبیعی استان اصفهان مدیریت می‌‌شود. در این مطالعه، ضمن ارزیابی فلور، شکل زیستی و کورولوژی پوشش گیاهی در این ذخیره‌‌گاه، تأثیر حفاظت از این منطقه روی ساختار پوشش گیاهی در بخش مرکزی و بخش ضربه‌‌گیر طی 28 سال (از سال 1372 تا سال 1400) بررسی شد.

مواد و روش‌ها

منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده

ذخیره‌‌گاه حفاظت‌‌شدۀ تنگ‌‌خشک با وسعتی حدود 6000 هکتار، در طول‌‌‌های جغرافیایی "20 '28 °51 تا "2 '34 °51 شرقی و عرض جغرافیایی "54 '9 °31 تا "35 '14 °31 شمالی، در جنوب استان اصفهان و در 40 کیلومتری شهرستان سمیرم واقع شده است (شکل 1). به‌‌منظور دستیابی به مساحت دقیق منطقۀ پژوهش‌‌شده، با استفاده از دستگاهGPS ، سامانۀ Google Earth و تأیید کارشناسان ادارۀ کل منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری استان اصفهان، محدودۀ مدنظر در محیط ArcGIS 10.1 جانمایی و ترسیم شد.

این منطقه در سال 1372 با گونۀ اصلی درختی بنه (Pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica (Fisch. and C. A. Mey.) Rech. fil.) و گونه‌‌های همراه تنگرس (Prunus lycioides (Spach) C.K. Schneid.)، کیکم (Acer monspessulanum L.)، زبان‌گنجشک (Fraxinus excelsior L.) و داغداغان (Celtis caucasica L.) برای حفظ گونۀ درختی بنه، ذخیره‌‌گاه اعلام شد. این ذخیره‌‌گاه دارای بخش ضربه‌‌گیر به مساحت 5100 هکتار و بخش مرکزی به مساحت 900 هکتار‌‌ است و هر دو بخش به لحاظ موقعیت توپوگرافی دارای شرایط به‌‌طور تقریبی یکسانی هستند (شکل 2).

براساس آخرین اطلاعات دریافت‌‌شده از ایستگاه آب و هواشناسی حنا، این منطقه دارای دامنۀ ارتفاع از 1900 تا 2700 متر از سطح دریا، متوسط دمای 6/10 درجۀ سانتی‌‌گراد و متوسط بارندگی 5/399 میلی‌متر در سال است. نمودار آمبروترمیک (شکل 3)، حداکثر میزان بارندگی را در فصول پاییز و زمستان (ماههای آذر و دی) و حداقل بارندگی را در فصول بهار و تابستان (ماههای خرداد و مهر) نشان می‌دهد.

جمع‌آوری اطلاعات

در نخستین گام، نقشۀ جغرافیایی منطقه با استفاده از دستگاه GPS، سامانۀ Google Earth و نیز پیمایش منطقه رسم شد؛ پس از آن با در نظر گرفتن فنولوژی گیاهان، از اسفندماه سال 1399 تا شهریورماه سال 1400، نسبت به جمع‌‌آوری اطلاعات و نمونه‌‌های گیاهی با استفاده از روش پیمایش زمینی اقدام شد. پس از جمع‌‌آوری، به‌‌منظور تهیۀ نمونه‌‌‌های هرباریومی، نمونه‌‌های گیاهی به روش‌‌های مرسوم خشک و سپس با استفاده از منابع گیاه‌شناسی معتبر ازجمله فلورا ایرانیکا (Rechinger, 1963-2015)، فلور ایران (Assadi, 1986-2018)، فلور رنگی ایران (Ghahreman, 1980-2014) و گون‌های ایران (Maassoumi et al., 1989-2005) شناسایی شد. نام گیاهان و اسامی مؤلفان آنها، برمبنای سیستم APG IV (2016) بود و با پایگاههای اینترنتی http://www.catalogueoflife.org (2022) و http://theplantlist.org (2016) و نمایۀ بین‌المللی نام‌های گیاهی (IPNI, 2016) مطابقت داده شد. نمونه‌های جمع‌آوری‌‌شده در هرباریوم مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی اصفهان (SFAHAN) نگهداری می‌شود. پس از تهیۀ لیست گونه‌ها، به‌‌منظور تعیین شکل زیستی آنها از روش طبقه‌‌بندی Raunkiaer (1934) استفاده شد که اساس آن برمبنای موقعیت جوانه‌‌های مولد روی گیاه است؛ همچنین از کتاب Red Data Book of Iran (Jalili & Jamzad, 1999) و برخی مقالات معتبر (Parishani, 2005; Jafari Kukhdan & Bahrami, 2019) برای ارزیابی گونه‌های در معرض خطر استفاده شد؛ علاوه‌‌بر این کوروتیپ (محدودۀ پراکنش جغرافیایی) گونه‌‌ها با توجه به مناطق انتشار آنها در ایران و سایر کشور‌‌ها و با در نظر گرفتن تلفیقی از تقسیم‌‌بندی‌‌های جغرافیایی رویش‌‌های ایران توسط Takhtadzhian & Cronquist (1986)، Zohary (1973) و Assadi (1986-2018 ) مشخص شد.

فهرست گونه‌‌های گیاهی منطقه به تفکیک در دو بخش مرکزی و ضربه‌‌گیر، به همراه شمارۀ هرباریومی، شکل زیستی، کوروتیپ، وضعیت اندمیسم و ارزش حفاظتی آنها براساس منابع یادشده، به تفصیل در جدول پیوست 1 آورده شده است.

نتایج

در پژوهش حاضر، فلور ذخیره‌‌گاه تنگ‌‌خشک در دو بخش مرکزی و ضربه‌‌گیر برای نخستن‌‌بار بررسی دقیق شد که طی آن 194 گونه متعلق به 45 تیره و 139 جنس شناسایی شد. تیرۀ Asteraceae با 39 گونه، تیرۀ Fabaceae با 25 گونه، تیرۀ Poaceae با 16 گونه و تیره‌‌های Brassicaceae و Lamiaceae با 15 گونه به ترتیب بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های منطقه ازنظر فراوانی گونه بود که در مجموع شامل 58 درصد از کل گونه‌‌ها می‌‌شود. تعداد گونه‌ها در سایر تیره‌‌ها بین 1 تا 12 گونه متغیر بود (شکل 4).

نتایج نشان داد مهم‌ترین جنس گیاهی منطقه به لحاظ غنای گونه‌‌ای جنس Astragalus L. با تعداد 20 گونه است و پس از آن جنس‌‌های Tragopogon L. و Silene L. هرکدام با چهار گونه قرار دارند (شکل 5).

براساس طبقه‌‌بندی رانکایر، 41 درصد گونه‌‌های گیاهی منطقه (79 گونه) همی‌‌کریپتوفیت، 26 درصد (50 گونه) تروفیت، 18 درصد (35 گونه) کامفیت، 10 درصد (19 گونه) ژئوفیت و 6 درصد (11 گونه) فانروفیت بود (شکل 6).

ازنظر پراکنش جغرافیایی، 61 درصد گونه‌‌های گیاهی ذخیره‌گاه جنگلی تنگ‌خشک (119 گونه) از عناصر رویشی ناحیۀ ایران – تورانی و از این مقدار، 13 درصد (16 گونه) انحصاری ایران بود (جدول پیوست 1). سایر گونه‌ها، 11 درصد (22 گونه) ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری، 10 درصد (20 گونه) ایران – تورانی/مدیترانه‌ای، 10 درصد (20 گونه) ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری/مدیترانه‌ای، دو درصد (سه گونه) ایران – تورانی/صحرا – سندی و دو درصد (چهار گونه) چندمنطقه‌‌ای بود. عناصر جهان‌وطنی، ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری/ صحرا - سندی، اروپا – سیبری و ایران - تورانی/مدیترانه‌ای/اروپا - سیبری/صحرا - سندی هرکدام با یک گونه و عناصر ایران – تورانی/مدیترانه‌‌ای/ صحرا - سندی با دو گونه، هرکدام یک درصد را به خود اختصاص دادند (شکل 7).

نتایج نشان داد از تعداد 194 گونۀ گیاهی موجود در منطقه، گونۀ Acer monspessulanum subsp. persicum (Pojark.) Rech. fil. از تیرۀ Sapindaceae در معرض انقراض (EN) است و 32 گونه در گروه گیاهان به‌‌نسبت آسیب‌‌پذیر (LR) قرار می‌‌گیرند (جدول پیوست 1).

بخش مرکزی

تیرۀ Asteraceae با 38 گونه، Fabaceae با 23 گونه، Poaceae با 16 گونه، Lamiaceae با 14 گونه و Brassicaceae با 13 گونه به ترتیب بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های بخش مرکزی ازنظر فراوانی گونه بود. مهم‌ترین جنس در بخش مرکزی به لحاظ غنای گونه‌‌ای Astragalus با تعداد 18 گونه بود (شکل 8).

طبقه‌‌بندی شکل‌‌های زیستی نشان داد از گونه‌‌های گیاهی بخش مرکزی، 40 درصد (72 گونه) همی‌‌کریپتوفیت، 27 درصد (49 گونه) تروفیت، 17 درصد (31 گونه) کامفیت، 10 درصد (19 گونه) ژئوفیت و 6 درصد (11 گونه) فانروفیت است (شکل 10).

ازنظر پراکندگی جغرافیایی، 60 درصد گونه‌‌ها ایران – تورانی، 12 درصد ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری، 11 درصد ایران – تورانی/مدیترانه‌ای، 11 درصد ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری/مدیترانه‌ای، دو درصد ایران – تورانی/صحرا – سندی و دو درصد چندمنطقه‌‌ای است؛ همچنین عناصر جهان‌‌وطنی، ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری/ صحرا - سندی، اروپا – سیبری و ایران – تورانی/ مدیترانه‌ای/ صحرا - سندی هرکدام یک درصد را به خود اختصاص داده‌‌اند (شکل 11).

بخش ضربه‌‌گیر

تیرۀ Asteraceae با 13 گونه، Fabaceae با 10 گونه، Poaceae با هفت گونه و Lamiaceae با چهار گونه به ترتیب بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌های این بخش ازنظر فراوانی گونه بودند. مهم‌ترین جنس گیاهی بخش ضربه‌‌گیر به لحاظ غنای گونه‌‌ای جنس Astragalus با تعداد هشت گونه بود (شکل 9).

طبقه‌‌بندی شکل‌‌های زیستی در این بخش نشان داد همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها 44 درصد (25 گونه)، کامفیت‌‌ها 30 درصد (17 گونه)، ژئوفیت‌‌ها 11 درصد (6 گونه)، تروفیت‌‌ها 9 درصد (پنج گونه) و فانروفیت‌‌ها 7 درصد (چهار گونه) پوشش گیاهی این بخش را تشکیل می‌‌دهند (شکل 10).

ازنظر پراکندگی جغرافیایی، 61 درصد ایران – تورانی، 14 درصد ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری، 12 درصد ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری، چهار درصد ایران – تورانی/مدیترانه‌‌ای، پنج درصد ایران – تورانی/اروپا – سیبری/مدیترانه‌ای و چهار درصد ایران – تورانی/صحرا – سندی بود؛ همچنین عناصر جهان‌وطنی و اروپا – سیبری هرکدام دو درصد بود (شکل 11).

بحث

حضور بیش از 194 گونۀ شناسایی‌‌شده متعلق به 45 تیره و 139 جنس در ذخیره‌گاه تنگ‌خشک، در مساحت حدود 6000 هکتار بیانگر غنای گونه‌ای به‌‌نسبت زیاد آن به‌‌ویژه در بخش مرکزی (182 گونه در 900 هکتار) است. مقایسۀ مطالعۀ حاضر با مطالعات پیشین که در نزدیک‌‌‌‌ترین مناطق به محدودۀ مطالعه‌‌شده انجام گرفته است، ازجمله منطقۀ ونک (Parishani, 2005) و همچنین منطقۀ شکار ممنوع حنا (Khajeddin & Yeganeh, 2010) بیانگر تنوع کمتر پوشش گیاهی در منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده است. با توجه

به اینکه اقلیم بیشترین تأثیر را بر کمیت و کیفیت پوشش گیاهی یک منطقه دارد (Mesdaghi, 2001; Tietjen et al., 2010)، تعداد کمتر گونه‌‌های موجود در ذخیره‌‌گاه تنگ‌‌خشک در مقایسه با منطقۀ ونک و منطقۀ شکار ممنوع حنای سمیرم ممکن است به خشک‌‌بودن اقلیم منطقه و نبود منابع آبی مانند چشمه و رودخانه مربوط باشد که البته نام منطقه گویای آن است؛ البته به احتمال زیاد عوامل دیگری ازجمله مساحت کمتر منطقه، محدودۀ ارتفاعی کمتر ذخیره‌‌گاه و چرای شدید دام در بخش ضربه‌‌گیر نیز در این زمینه اثرگذار بوده است.

براساس یافته‌‌های این پژوهش، تیره‌‌های Asteraceae، Fabaceae و Poaceae بیشترین سهم رستنی‌‌های منطقه را به خود اختصاص داده‌‌اند. دلیل اصلی فراوانی گیاهان تیرۀ Asteraceae ممکن است عواملی همچون استراتژی قدرت تکثیر زیاد مانند تولید بذرهای کوچک، وجود خار و تیغ برای اتصال به گرده‌افشان‌‌ها و ممانعت از تعلیف و سازش‌‌پذیری به شرایط کوهستانی باشد (Mahmoodi et al., 2016). درصد زیاد حضور گونه‌‌های تیرۀ Poaceae و حضور گستردۀ جنسAstragalus از تیرۀ Fabaceae ممکن است به شرایط ادافیکی (Pairanj et al., 2011; Abdi and Afsharzadeh, 2012; Kharazian et al., 2017) و همچنین تخریب اکوسیستم (Karimi, 2009) و سازش زیاد گونه‌‌های این جنس با مناطق کوهستانی (Darvishnia et al., 2012) مرتبط باشد.

مطالعۀ طیف زیستی ذخیره‌‌گاه تنگ‌‌خشک سمیرم نشان داد اشکال زیستی غالب، همی‌‌‌کریپتوفیت‌ها و تروفیت‌‌‌ها (در مجموع 67 درصد) هستند که نشانگر شرایط سخت محیطی و فلور خاص مناطق کوهستانی مرکزی ایران است (Yousofi et al., 2011; Naghipour Borj et al., 2014; Dehshiri and Mahdavar, 2016). براساس نظر Archibold (1995) وجود گیاهان همی‌‌‌کریپتوفیت در منطقه گویای اقلیم سرد و کوهستانی آن است که باعث می‌‌‌شود گیاهان آن منطقه نسبت به شرایط سخت محیطی مانند کمبود آب سازگار شوند و رشد رویشی در آن‌‌ها کاهش یابد. در مطالعۀ فلوریستیک منطقۀ کوهستانی سفیدکوه (Asri and Mehrnia, 2002)، بخش‌ غربی منطقۀ اشترانکوه (Mehrnia et al., 2020) و سایر مناطق زاگرس مانند رباط‌کوه بازفت چهارمحال و بختیاری (Gholami et al., 2018) و منطقۀ تنگ‌خشک یاسوج (Jafari Kukhdan and Bahrami, 2019) نیز که اقلیم مشابهی با منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده دارند، غلبۀ همی‌کریپتوفیت‌ها گزارش شده است. فراوانی تروفیت‌‌ها در منطقه نیز حاکی از شرایط خشک منطقه است (Archibold, 1995). نتایج شبیه به مطالعۀ حاضر، در رویشگاه گنبروف سهند (Mohsennezhad, 2018) گزارش شده است. براساس این گزارش ممکن است زیادبودن حضور تروفیت‌‌ها ناشی از چرای بی‌‌رویه، کاهش میزان بارندگی و گرم‌‌شدن کرۀ زمین باشد؛ زیرا تروفیت‌‌ها به مناطق خشک با میزان نزولات کم سازش یافته‌‌اند. در ادامه، حضور و استقرار به‌‌نسبت زیاد کامفیت‌‌‌ها مانند گونه‌های مختلف جنس Astragalus که به‌‌طور عمده خاردار و بالشتکی بودند، در کنار گونه‌‌‌های بوته‌‌‌ای مانند Acanthophyllum C. A. Mey. و Acantholimon Boiss. که شاخص مناطق کوهستانی هستند، عامل مهمی در تثبیت خاک و مهار فرسایش آبی است (Yousofi et al., 2011). در این باره نتایج مشابهی در منطقۀ یحیی‌‌آباد نطنز (Abbasi et al., 2012)، پناهگاه حیات وحش موته (Asri, 2008)، ونک سمیرم (Parishani, 2005) و چادگان اصفهان (Yousofi et al., 2011) نیز به دست آمده است.

بررسی کورولوژی گیاهان زاگرس نشان داده است که بیشتر گونه‌ها خاستگاه ایران - تورانی دارند و بقیۀ عناصر، دومنطقه‌ای و چندمنطقه‌ای هستند (Noroozi, 2020). در ذخیره‌گاه تنگ‌خشک سمیرم، 61 درصد گونه‌‌ها (118 گونه) متعلق به عناصر ایران – تورانی بود؛ ازجمله گونه‌های زیادی از جنس‌‌‌های Astragalus، Cousinia Cass. و Acantholimon که براساس مطالعات قبلی، از جنس‌‌های شاخص ناحیۀ ایران - تورانی هستند (Rechinger, 1977; Hedge & Wendelbo, 1978; Heshmati, 2007; Noroozi et al., 2019). طبق مطالعات انجام‌‌شده در مناطق رویشی نظیر منطقۀ حفاظت‌‌شدۀ قلاجه (Nemati Paykani et al. 2021)، نوژیان (Mehrnia & Ramak, 2014)، سفیدکوه (Asri & Mehrnia, 2002)، منطقۀ رباط‌کوه بازفت چهارمحال و بختیاری (Gholami et al., 2018)، منطقۀ تنگ‌خشک یاسوج (Jafari Kukhdan & Bahrami, 2019)، ونک سمیرم (Parishani, 2005)، قزاآن کاشان (Batouli, 2004)، بافق یزد (Karimian, 2005) و پناهگاه حیات وحش موته (Asri, 2008) نیز بیشترین سهم پوشش گیاهی به عناصر ناحیۀ ایران– تورانی اختصاص دارد. در کشور‌‌های هم‌‌جوار مانند افغانستان و نیز در مناطقی با شرایط توپوگرافی کوهستانی که عمدۀ پوشش گیاهی را تروفیت‌‌‌ها و همی‌‌‌کریپتوفیت‌ها تشکیل می‌‌‌دهند، عناصر ایران – تورانی همچنان درصد زیادی را به خود اختصاص می‌‌‌دهند که این موضوع گویای شرایط یکنواخت حاکم بر پوشش گیاهی کوهستان‌‌‌های منطقۀ ایران – تورانی است (Breckle & Rafiqpoor, 2010).

حضور 16 گونۀ انحصاری ایران که همگی دارای خاستگاه ایران - تورانی هستند، بیانگر درصد زیاد اندمیسم در عناصر ایران - تورانی و مؤید برخی مطالعات قبلی (Noroozi et al., 2008) است.

تعداد زیاد گونه در هر جنس به‌‌وضوح نشان‌دهندۀ سطح زیادی از تنوع گونه‌ای است. یکی از دغدغه‌‌های مهم امروزی حافظان محیط زیست، وزن‌دهی کمّی به این جنبه از تنوع زیستی است (Williams et al., 1991; Williams et al., 1994). پوشش گیاهی که در آن گونه‌‌های گیاهی در جنس‌‌های بیشتری توزیع می‌‌شوند، به‌‌طور احتمالی در مقایسه با زمانی که همان تعداد گونه در بین جنس‌‌های کمتری توزیع شوند، تنوع ژنتیکی و تنوع گونه‌‌ای بیشتری دارد (Fenner et al., 1997)؛ از این رو در مطالعات پوشش گیاهی، نسبت گونه به جنس (S/G) معیاری برای ارزیابی میزان تنوع گونه‌ای است. این معیار، حاصل نسبت تعداد گونه به تعداد جنس در هر منطقه است و رابطۀ مستقیمی با گونه‌زایی یا نرخ تنوع در منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده دارد (Floeter et al., 2004; Krug et al., 2008). این نسبت برای چمن‌بید جوزک (Nadaf et al., 2017)، منطقۀ امن مونجوقلو (Ghahermaninejad & Nafisi, 2011)، ونک سمیرم (Parishani, 2005) و قزاآن کاشان (Batouli, 2004) به ترتیب 1/١، 4/١، 9/١، و 5/١ گزارش شده است. نسبت S/G برای منطقۀ تنگ‌‌خشک سمیرم 4/١ محاسبه شد.

با توجه به بررسی انجام‌‌شده، از تعداد 194 گونۀ گیاهی موجود در منطقه، گونۀ‌‌ Acer monspessulanum subsp. persicum از تیرۀ Sapindaceae در خطر انقراض است و 32 گونه به‌‌نسبت آسیب‌پذیر (LR) و نیازمند توجه بیشتری هستند.

مقایسۀ دو بخش مرکزی و بخش ضربه‌‌گیر

براساس نتایج به‌‌دست‌‌آمده، تعداد گونه در بخش مرکزی و ضربه‌‌گیر به ترتیب 182 و 57 گونه بود که نشان‌دهندۀ تنوع گونه‌ای بیشتری در بخش مرکزی است. در بررسی تأثیر قرق بر تنوع پوشش گیاهی اگر فرض بر این باشد که متغیر‌‌های تأثیرگذار بر گیاهان مانند اقلیم، خاک و شیب یکسان باشند، آنگاه تفاوت‌‌های مشاهده‌‌شده در تنوع گونه‌ای بخش مرکزی و ضربه‌‌گیر نتیجۀ چرا در منطقۀ ضربه‌گیر و نبود چرا در منطقۀ مرکزی (قرق) خواهد بود (Akbarzadeh, 2005). قرق باعث ورود یا افزایش پایه‌‌های گونه‌‌های درحال از بین رفتن در سطح مرتع می‌شود که ازنظر حفظ تنوع زیستی بااهمیت است؛ همچنین گونه‌‌های غالب ممکن است نقش گیاهان پرستار یا پیشرو را داشته باشند و منجر به استقرار گونه‌‌های گیاهی جدید شوند (Merdas et al., 2017)؛ چنانچه احمدی و حیدری در مطالعات خود بیان کردند که قرق موجب افزایش در تعداد گونه‌‌های گیاهی شده است (Ahmadi & Heydari, 2018).

در بین گونه‌‌های گیاهی شناسایی‌‌شده، 11 گونۀ درختی و درختچه‌‌‌ای (شش درصد کل گونه‌ها) وجود داشت که به‌‌طور عمده در بخش مرکزی رویش یافته‌‌اند و ناشی از تأثیر قرق و محصوربودن منطقه است. در چنین شرایطی ضمن افزایش مواد آلی موجود در خاک، رطوبت خاک نیز حفظ می‌‌شود و بذر در شرایط محیطی مناسب‌‌تری قرار می‌‌گیرد (Augusto et al., 2003). درنهایت، به احتمال زیاد قرق ممکن است تأثیرات مثبتی بر بهبود شرایط خاکی و درنتیجه استقرار و زاد‌‌آوری پوشش گیاهی در مناطق حفاظت‌‌نشدۀ زاگرس داشته باشد.

در این پژوهش، تفاوت معنا‌‌داری بین حضورداشتن و نداشتن گونه‌‌های درختی در داخل ذخیره‌‌گاه و بیرون آن وجود داشت. گونه‌‌های درختی مانند Pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica.، Celtis australis subsp. caucasica (Willd.) C.C. Towns.، Lonicera nummulariifolia Jaub. and Spach، Platanus orientalis L.، Atraphaxis spinosa L.، Rhamnus pallasii Fisch. and C.A. Mey.، Prunus macrocarpa C.A. Mey. و Acer monspessulanum فقط در بخش مرکزی رویش دارند؛ ولی گونه‌هایی مانند تنگرس (Prunus lycioides) به‌‌دلیل داشتن خارهای بلند و تیز و شکل خشن و متراکم که آنها را دربرابر چرا محافظت می‌کند، به‌‌راحتی در هر دو منطقه مستقر شده‌‌اند (Omide et al., 2014)؛ همچنین تنوع خانوادۀ گندمیان در منطقۀ قرق بیشتر از خارج آن بود. حضور گستردۀ این تیره در منطقۀ قرق ممکن است ناشی از رشد کامل رویشی این گونه در اثر ایجاد شرایط مطلوب از قبیل ممانعت از چرای دام در بخش مرکزی باشد (Mehrnia et al., 2020). این عامل در کنار فراوانی بذر‌‌های این خانواده ممکن است از عوامل پراکنش و تنوع زیاد گونه‌‌های این خانواده در کل ذخیره‌‌گاه باشد.

فراوانی گونه‌‌های جنس گون (Astragalus) در جایگاه بزرگ‌‌ترین جنس گیاهی منطقه و گونۀ خاص مناطق کوهستانی ناحیۀ ایران - تورانی، نشان‌دهندۀ شرایط کوهستانی مرتفع سرد و نیمه‌‌خشک است (Mehrnia et al., 2020). گونه‌‌های علفی این جنس در داخل بخش مرکزی حضور بیشتری داشتند که با توجه به خوش‌خوراکی این گیاهان، به احتمال زیاد در بخش ضربه‌‌گیر توسط دام چرا شده‌‌اند؛ همچنین مقایسۀ گونه‌‌های گیاهی در معرض انقراض (EN) و گیاهان با تهدید کمتر (LR) نشان داد تعداد این گونه‌ها در بخش ضربه‌‌گیر 13 گونه و در بخش مرکزی 32 گونه است که ممکن است نشان‌دهندۀ محدودشدن پراکنش و حضور این گونه‌‌ها به‌‌دلیل چرا در بخش ضربه‌‌گیر و حفاظت آنها در بخش مرکزی به‌‌دلیل قرق باشد.

در مطالعۀ حاضر، بیشتر گونه‌‌های به‌‌نسبت آسیب‌پذیر از گونه‌‌های چندسالۀ علفی هستند که با مطالعاتJalili & Jamzad (1999) مطابقت دارد؛ زیرا آنها بیان کردند که 23 درصد از گونه‌های آسیب‌پذیر و 69 درصد از گونه‌‌های در معرض خطر انقراض ایران، گونه‌های علفی چندساله هستند.

نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد بخش ضربه‌‌گیر با توجه به دلایلی مانند چرای مفرط دام، وجود اراضی زراعی در حاشیۀ ذخیره‌‌گاه، آتش‌سوزی و برداشت و قطع درختان تخریب شده است. این عوامل موجب شده است که در بعضی از مناطق، گونه‌های مهاجم ازجمله گونۀ‌‌‌‌‌ جاز (Scariola orientalis)، گونۀ‌‌‌‌‌ Euphorbia heteradena Jaub. and Spach از تیرۀ فرفیون و گونۀ Eremurus spectabilis M.Bieb. از تیرۀ Asphodelaceae وارد منطقه شوند؛ بنابراین وجود تهدید‌‌های بزرگی مانند ساخت جاده و فعالیت‌‌های کشاورزی ممکن است موجب از دست رفتن ذخیره‌‌گاهها در جایگاه آخرین زیستگاه طبیعی برخی گونه‌‌های در معرض انقراض شود.

مطالعۀ بومزادی (Endemism) گونه‌‌ها نشان داد در این منطقه تعداد 16 گونۀ انحصاری ایران متعلق به نه جنس و پنج تیره وجود دارد که 12 گونۀ آن در دستۀ به‌‌نسبت آسیب‌پذیر قرار دارند؛ درنتیجه در ذخیره‌‌گاه تنگ‌‌خشک سمیرم 25/8 درصد کل گونه‌ها بومزاد هستند و حفظ و مطالعۀ این گونه‌‌های انحصاری ضروری به نظر می‌‌رسد.

جمع‌بندی

ذخیره‌‌گاههای جنگلی از مهم‌ترین و حساس‌ترین نظام‌های زیستی طبیعی در جهان هستند. بی‌تردید نحوۀ مدیریت در دو بخش مرکزی و ضربه‌‌گیر ذخیره‌‌گاه تنگ‌خشک تأثیر زیادی بر تنوع گونه‌‌ای، ترکیب و ویژگی‌‌های ساختاری پوشش گیاهی آن داشته ‌است؛ به طوری که تنوع گونه‌‌ای، ترکیب و ویژگی‌های ساختاری در بخش مرکزی بهتر حفظ شده ‌است؛ بنابراین سیاست‌های حفاظتی بخش دولتی، سیمای اکولوژیکی منطقه را بهبود بخشیده یا از تخریب بیشتر آن جلوگیری کرده است؛ بنابراین مشارکت نهادهای دولتی در کنار مشارکت جوامع محلی و سنتی موجود برای مدیریت و کاهش فشار بر مناطق حفاظت‌شده بسیار مهم و ارزشمند است و لازم است که بخش دولتی در جایگاه حامی اصلی منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست، نسبت به تخصیص منابع برای افزایش زیرساخت‌‌‌ها، مطالعات جدید برای معرفی وضعیت فعلی، پرسنل آموزش‌‌‌دیده، برنامه‌‌‌های مدیریتی، ظرفیت سازمانی و مشارکت عمومی برای مدیریت صحیح و بهبود وضعیت حفاظت از فلور در معرض خطر این مناطق اقدام کند؛ همچنین باید توجه شود که هدف نهایی پژوهش حاضر تنها جستجو برای گزارش‌های جدید و افزودن بر تعداد گونه‌‌های در معرض تهدید در داخل ذخیره‌‌گاهها و مناطق حفاظت‌‌شده نیست و این قبیل مطالعات وسیله‌ای برای کمک به حفظ این گونه‌ها است. به‌‌طور قطع حفاظت در محیط طبیعی نخستین گام لازم برای بازسازی یا حفظ جمعیت گیاهان بومی است؛ با این حال حتی در مناطق حفاظت‌‌شده تهدید‌‌هایی مانند تهاجم بیولوژیکی، تغییرات آب و هوایی و آتش‌سوزی طبیعی صورت می‌گیرد؛ بنابراین به نظر می‌‌رسد اگرچه دستیابی به آمار و اطلاعات مربوط به پوشش گیاهی در این مناطق لازم و ضروری است، در گام بعدی و در جایگاه هدف دوم، باید به دنبال چگونگی تضمین بقای این گونه‌‌ها پس از یافتن آنها در این مناطق بود تا فراتر از حفاظت در محیط طبیعی، برنامه‌‌های بازیابی گونه‌‌ها با بررسی‌‌های علمی بیشتر تحقق یابد.
